A device for filling high-consistency liquid, comprising the injection means for injecting the high-consistency liquid into the vessel body transported by the vessel transporting means, the pressing means for pressing the trunk of the vessel body to raise the surface of the high-consistency liquid and a plugging means for setting the lid member in the opening of the vessel body, whereby the lid member can be set in the opening air-tightly with the air in the vessel body almost completely exhausted so as to prevent the air from remaining in the vessel body and deterioration in quality and hardening of the high-consistency liquid otherwise be caused by remaining air.
