PURPOSE: A fluorescent vector prepared from Porcine Adenovirus 4 type is provided to prevent porcine diseases caused by virus. CONSTITUTION: A recombinant fluorescent vector, which contains pVIII gene having a restriction site of Xbal-BamHI of 817bp in size, corresponding to the 5' region of the E3 gene originated from Porcine Adenovirus 4 type; and which contains orderly fiber genes having a restriction site of BamHI-Kpn I of 979bp in size, corresponding to the 3'region of E3 come from the Porcine Adenovirus 4 type.
