Community management system for managing community parts of servers connected in communication network and community management method thereof

PURPOSE: A community management system and method for managing community parts of servers connected to communications network is provided to achieve integral management for community parts operated in each sites. CONSTITUTION: A community management system(140) consists of a web server(142), a category classification processing unit(144) and a search/response management unit(146). The search/response management unit(146) comprises a BBS(Bulletin Board System) management part(150), an e-mail management part(160), a matching part(170) and a common chatting part(180). The BBS management part(150) receives BBS relevant information pages from management object servers(102,112,116) and executes response processing. The e-mail management part(160) carries out response processing, receiving e-mails from the management object servers(102,112,116). The matching part(170), receiving information pages corresponding to common purchase or transaction from the management object servers(102,112,116), executes matching and response processing. Receiving established chatting room information from the management object servers(102,112,116), the common chatting part(180) classifies established room status by subjects and gets a chatting operating list established by categories.
