A position alterable support (9,10) is provided and respective positions of the support are measured by measuring equipment relative to stationary reference system. Two cameras (8) are provided to image the particles moving in the light-slit (5) from different viewing directions. The shiftable support has transverse beam (10) shinning vertically on the main beam (9). The viewing directions in each case have same size viewpoint to head extension surface plane of the light-slit. The light source (2) includes pulse laser with two oscillators generating the pulse laser beam (3). An optics light slit (4) forms the light-slit from the laser beam which illuminates particles carried along by flow moving mainly in direction of arrows (6) or (7). The light-slit extends again vertically to the transverse beam, and in a parallel to thew main beam. The camera is aligned with its image direction vertically to light-slit. Ultrasound transmitter and receiver sensors (11) are used to determine position of support or components (2,4,8).
