PURPOSE: A method capable of increasing a degree of flow measurement through a particle image velocimetry is provided to block the light reflected from a material surface, thereby improve the accuracy of the velocity field information.;CONSTITUTION: A light source(1) emits a monochromatic light which illuminates a fluorescent material. A fluorescent material particle(2) in which the fluorescent material is coated in the particle surface absorbs the monochromatic light emitted from the light source and emits the light of much higher wavelength.
