Melamine resin impregnation printing paper and uses that the decorative laminated sheet

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a melamine resin impregnated printed paper wherein solvent resistance is given to a surface of a melamine resin decorative laminate so structured that overlay paper is not provided on a decorative layer. ;SOLUTION: A printed pattern layer is formed on decorative laminate base paper, and the whole of the decorative laminate on which the printed pattern layer is formed, is impregnated with melamine resin. In that case, the printed pattern layer is formed by using ink having acrylic resin of 200-400 acid value and 60-140°C glass transition temperature as a constituent of a vehicle. Then, a topcoat layer is formed on the printed pattern layer by using topcoat varnish containing the acrylic resin of 200-400 acid value and 60-140°C glass transmission temperature.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1997,JPO
