PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive snow melting device melting the residual snow of a snow removing car with heat, eliminating or largely reducing the clearing work, and easy to install by solving the problems that it is indispensable to clear the residual snow of the snow removing car at the entrance to a road from a plot, however the residual snow of the snow removing car is heavy and hard, the residual snow must be removed each time the snow is removing car operated, and the clearing work is very severe in securing workers and work place and on a possibility of a danger on the road side.;SOLUTION: A snow melting frame withstanding the weight of the vehicle and having good heat conductivity is installed at the entrance to the road from the plot. Several kinds of sensors for detecting the information of an electric heater serving as a heat source and for snow melting control are fitted to the frame. The existence or non-existence of the residual snow of the snow removing car and the temperature of the frame are judged by a control circuit based on the detection signals of the sensors or the like to control the current to the electric heater.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2001,JPO
