PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an accident emergency notification system continuing the power supply for enabling transmission of emergency information only for a fixed time after a key switch of a vehicle is turned off. ;SOLUTION: At a step S11, a CPU of an emergency notification device regularly monitors a key switch state. Next, at a step S12, when the key switch is ON as a result of monitoring, power supply is started. When the power supply is started, the key switch is regularly monitored at a step S13. At a step S14, when the key switch is OFF as a result of monitoring, a timer of the power supply is set and the power supply is continued only for a fixed time. Then, at a step S15, it is decided time of the set timer is over or not. If the time is not over, the power supply is further continued, and if time is over, the power supply is stopped at a step S16.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1999,JPO
