PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a dielectric porcelain preparation having a high dielectric constant and a low dielectric loss by bringing CaTiO3 and Ca(Al1/2 Ta1/2 )O3 as main ingredients. SOLUTION: This dielectric porcelain preparation expressed by the formula (1-x)CaTiO3 -xCa(Al1/2 Ta1/2 )O3 [(x) is 0.3=x=0.5)], having 41.1-65.7 dielectric constant, 12000-27300 Qx f0 (GH2 ) and (-20)-(+113)ppm/ deg.C temperature coefficient of resonant number of cycles is produced by preparing a powdery mixture by mixing CaCO3 , Al2 O3 , TiO2 and Ta2 O5 in a predetermined preparation ratio after drying, sintering the powdery mixture in open air, crushing and recalcinating to obtain a homogeneous solid solution having a perovskite structure, adding an organic binder after crushing the solid solution, sintering by compress molding, heat-treating the molded product and removing the organic binder.
