PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a dielectric porcelain composition which can be fired at 800-1,000°C, enabling interior mounting and multi-layering by simultaneous firing with a low-resistance conductor such as Cu and Ag, and from which a dielectric constant εr of about 15-25 is obtained so that a laminated ceramic component can be formed with an appropriate size; to provide a dielectric porcelain which has a low dielectric los tanδ (high Q value), and an absolute value of temperature coefficient τf of resonance frequency of ≤50 ppm/°C; and to provide a method for manufacturing the same.;SOLUTION: The dielectric porcelain composition contains 3-30 pts.wt. of lead-free low melting point glass comprising, by weight, 50-75% ZnO, 5-30% B2O3, 6-15% SiO2, 0.5-5% Al2O3 and 3-10% BaO to 100 pts.wt. of a main component expressed by the formula: xZn2TiO4-(1-x-y)ZnTiO3-yTiO2 (wherein (x) and (y) satisfy each 0.15x0.8 and 0≤y≤0.2).;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
