PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a personal commercial bank system acting like a new sales promotion tool that effectively presents advertisement contents to users. ;SOLUTION: The personal commercial bank system is provided with a database system (including a database management section 1 and a database 2) having data including a broadcast time of an advertisement program, a broadcast channel number and a sponsor name and with a video recorder 7 having a video recording section 5 that receives a broadcast signal including broadcast contents and advertisement contents as a received signal and records the received signal. The video recording section 5 has a communication means (3) to be communicated with the database system and records the advertisement contents corresponding to the advertisement program to be recorded according to the broadcast time and the broadcast channel number of the advertisement program to be recorded received from the database system via the communication means.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2001,JPO
