PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To exclude the waste of settlement in electronic commercial transactions.;SOLUTION: An electronic commercial transaction system includes: a bank account system; and a site management system, and the site management system comprises: a component provision part 520 for providing a component module as a functional element of electronic commercial transactions to a user who has logged in with log-in information associated with a bank account; a site construction part 525 for constructing an electronic commercial transaction site of the user by using the component module provided by the component provision part 520 in response to a request of the user who has logged in; and a settlement request part 545 for, when transactions are performed in the electronic commercial transaction site constructed by the site construction part 525, requesting transfer of funds required for settlement to the bank account associated with the log-in information used for constructing the electronic commercial transaction site.
