PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily obtain the variable speed of mechanical stress, that is, the first derivative of a shock wave, by a measuring coil by determining a shock wave characteristic according to the integrated value of measured voltage additionally superposed on the measured voltage. SOLUTION: An inverse function is used for reproducing shock wave from measured voltage as shown in an equivalent circuit. This function, that is, a voltage signal between the terminals of a measuring coil, is integrated only partially (over frequencies below a specific frequency). In order to recompose and reproduce a shock wave from the measured voltage, the measured voltage from the measuring coil is actually supplied to the reverse input of a differential amplifier A1 connected as an integrating circuit. Low bias voltage U1 is applied as a specific response point to this input. The output of the differential amplifier A1 is supplied to the reverse input of a band limiting amplifier A2, and an output signal of the differential amplifier A2 is supplied to the reverse input of an adding amplifier A3 together with the signal of the measuring coil.
