THE USE OF THE SUPEROXIDE DISMUTASE GEN SYSTEM (SOD; EC 1.15.1.1) IS DESCRIBED AS A PURPOSE OF THE DETECTION AND DIFFERENTIATION OF PATHOGEN OR NON-PATHOGEN ORGANISMS THAT INCLUDE BACTERIA, FUNGES AND PROTOZES. MORE PARTICULARLY, OLIGONUCLEOTIDES DERIVED FROM THE GENE SOD FAMILY ARE DESCRIBED, WHOSE OLIGONUCLEOTIDES ARE ABLE TO HYBRIDATE TO A NUCLEIC ACID SEQUENCE OF A SINGLE CHAIN (DESTINARY SEQUENCE) WHICH ARE OBTAINED BY A DISTRIBUTION OF AN AMPLIFICATION BY A WINNING COMPREHENSION SUPEROXIDE (SOD) USING A POLYMERASE CHAIN REACTION (PCR) AND A PAIR OF PRIMARIES, THE FIRST PRIMARY CONTAINING SEQUENCE 5 '' - AGC TTC ACC ACA GCA AGC ACC A-3 '' (N. ID. SEC. 1 ; Z205) AS A PRIMARY SEQUENCE AND THE SECOND PRIMARY CONTAINING SEQUENCE 5 '' - TCG G (T) CC GAG TTC ACG ACG (A, T) TTC CA-3 '' (N. ID. SEC. 2; Z212) AS PRIMARY SEQUENCE. THESE OLIGONUCLEOTIDES CAN BE USED IN THE FORM OF PRIMARIES AND PROBES TO AMPLIFY AND DETECT DESTINATION SEQUENCES DERIVED FROM SOD GENES, ESPECIALLY, OF SOD GENES OF PATHOGEN AND NON-PATHOGEN ORGANISMS THAT INCLUDE BACTERACOS (P. EJ. MICOBOSOS HONG).
