A system for selling music/video broadcasted as a program comprises a broadcasting apparatus (100) and a plurality of listening/viewing units (400). The broadcasting apparatus (100) stores thein music/video and broadcasts it as a program through a broadcast network (200). When the broadcasting apparatus (100) broadcasts music/video as a program, encrypted noise is admixed in order to protect the copyright of the music/video broadcasted. When the user wants to view the music/video and purchases it, the listening/viewing unit (400) transmits purchase request data to the broadcasting apparatus (100) through a communication network (300). The broadcasting apparatus (100) delivers the requested music/video to the listening/viewing unit (400) though the communication network (300) or the broadcast network (200).
