The invention concerns the use a conjugate of STa peptide and an active molecule wherein said STa peptide has a conformational structure enabling it to be fixed on the GC-C receptor for preparing a pharmaceutical composition for treating or diagnosing metastatic colorectal tumours. More particularly, the invention concerns a method for diagnosing metastatic colorectal tumours which consists in immunologic detection of GC-C receptors in a patient's biological sample, based on the use of the chimeric protein formed by a ClpG protein and the STa peptide and specific antibodies directed against the Clp-G protein or the chimeric protein.
