AGENT USEFUL FOR REMOVING RED, GREEN, AND BLUE TIDES USING SLUDGE GROWN IN PLACES FOR PURIFYING WATER AND SLAG PRODUCED IN IRON MANUFACTURING PROCESSES

PURPOSE: An agent useful for removing red, green, and blue tides using sludge grown in places for purifying water and slag produced in iron manufacturing processes is provided, thereby waste materials are recycles as high value added materials, so that the costs of removing red, green and blue tides are reduced. CONSTITUTION: The agent useful for removing red, green, and blue tides comprises sludge grown in places for purifying water and slag produced in iron manufacturing processes. In particular, the composition of sludge consists of 35 to 50 wt.% of silica(SiO2), 20 to 30 wt.% of alumina(Al2O3), and 15 to 30 wt.% of other materials, and the composition of slag consists of 40 to 46 wt.% of potassium oxide(CaO), 2 to 8 wt.% of magnesium oxide(MgO), 10 to 15 wt.% of silica oxide(SiO2), 1 to 2% of aluminium oxide(Al2O3), 18 to 30% of ferric oxide(FeO), and 5 to 7% of manganese oxide(MnO), in which other materials contain organic materials, carbon, and chemical binding number and their contents are remarkably decreased at 200 to 400 deg.C, by 90% at 500 deg.C, and almost all at 600 to 800 deg.C.
