PURPOSE: To provide a method for treating the sewage, wastewater, night soil, green algae and red tide economically and efficiently by spraying a purifying agent having high cation exchange capacity and anion exchange capacity onto treatment areas of sewage, wastewater and night soil and generation areas of green algae and red tide, thereby adsorbing and bonding ionic substances such as organic acid, nitrogen, phosphorus and heavy metals so that the substances are converted into solid materials. CONSTITUTION: In treatment of sewage, wastewater, night soil, green algae and red tide, the method comprises the steps of converting the fly ash or cinder into zeolite by agitating and reacting a mixture of the fly ash or cinder and the aqueous alkali solution for 8 to 24 hours while heating fly ash or cinder to a temperature of 90 to 180 deg.C in an aqueous alkali solution; dehydrating and washing the zeolite; adjusting pH of the mixture which an acid is added to 2.0 to 2.5 after adding an acid to the mixture prepared by mixing peat with the dehydrated and washed zeolite such that a weight ratio of inorganic matter/organic matter is 1.0 to 1.25; preparing humus soil containing a large amount of mineral salts of chelate fulvic acid by agitating and reacting the pH adjusted mixture for 4 hours while heating the pH adjusted mixture to a temperature of 90 to 100 deg.C; cooling the humus soil to an ordinary temperature; agitating and reacting the mixture for 2 hours while adjusting an oxidation reduction potential value of the mixture to a range of +300 to +350 mV by adding hydrogen peroxide(H2O2) and ferrous sulfate(FeSO4) to the cooled humus soil; and preparing a purifying agent that is an activated humus containing a large amount of mineral salts of chelate peroxyfulvic acid, oxidase and other activated materials by aging the reactant for 2 months.
