PURPOSE: An IR(Investor Relationship) management system on the internet is provided to offer the IR information of an integrated form in a web site and to offer company IR information to users more rapidly and conveniently. CONSTITUTION: An IR management system on the internet consists of an internet(10), a plurality of clients(12a-12n), a web site(16) and a plurality of IR managers(14a-14n). The clients(12a-12n) as data terminals search or input required information through the internet(10). The web site(16) transmits company IR information to the clients(12a-12n) connected through the internet(10) or receives IR information from the IR managers(14a-14n). The IR managers(14a-14n) join the web site(16) and provide their IR information. The web site(16) is comprised of a web server(16a) and a DB server(16b). The web server(16a) processes and displays information inputted by the clients(12a-12n). The DB server(16b) passes company IR information to the web server(16a).
