摘要

FIELD: high-temperature composite materials produced by infiltration of gas phase of chemical substance and precipitation of matrix of binding material in porous structure. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to processes of induced infiltration of reagent gas at pressure gradient, device for realization of these processes and products as a result of these processes by partial compaction of porous structure in furnace at pressure gradient. In this case, the first part of porous structure undergoes pressure higher than the second one. The first part has a higher increment of powder density and subsequent compaction of porous structure by precipitation of other matrix in porous structure with the help of at least one additional compaction process. The second part has increase of powder density higher than in the first one. The invention provides for possibility of simultaneous compaction of large number of porous structure, particularly, blanks for aircraft brake disks.
