PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a distributing method for literary work and a storage medium for literary work, with which a literary work of good quality can be enjoyed while attaining the protection of copyright.;SOLUTION: A literary work distributor 10 receives advertisement rates from an advertisement client 20 and covers a royalty to be paid to a copyright holder 30 of music data 31 and costs for producing and distributing an optical disk 50 as a distribution medium with these advertisement rates. Advertisement data 21 and the music data 31 are compressed by an MP 3, for example, and stored on the optical disk 50 in the inseparable state.
