PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system capable of providing precise announcement information and announcement time information through automatic transmission of E-mails according to application information on a prize competition.;SOLUTION: In an assistance system for notifying of invitation information, prize competition applicants, who require announcement information on the prize competition or announcement time information on the competition, input the application information on the competition from terminals to transmit the application information with adding the invitation information to a promoter, and when receiving provided information for the application information from the promoter, the provided information is returned to the applicants. In the system, correspondences between keywords related to the provided information by the applicants and identifying information and E-mail addresses information of the applicants are stored into a storage means, when the keywords related to the application information has been inputted by the applicants together with the application information, or when the announcement time has been come, the keywords are searched from the storage means to acquire E-mail addresses information of the applicants corresponding to the keywords, so that the application information of the applicants together the announcement time information or the announcement information is transmitted to the acquired E-mail addresses as destinations.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO
