PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a home education system which enables pupils or students having the special situation difficult or impossible to attend school for physical or religious reasons to take, at home, the examination similar to the examination that they take in the school under the strictness equal to that when they take the examination in the school even if they do not actually attend school.;SOLUTION: A person 1 approved to receive the home education acquires the examination questions sent from a server 101 simultaneously when the other pupils or students start the examination in the school and carries out the examination by inputting the answers through a persona computer 115, etc. A teacher remotely controls a video camera 112 in equipment 110 at home of the person approved to receive the home education and prevents the cheat action of the person approved to receive the home education by monitoring the examination-taking condition of the person approved to receive the home education in accordance with the projected videos.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO
