PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a warning lamp which emits a warning at the height of the eyes of healthy people in order to ensure a safe movement of socially weak people against the traffic.;SOLUTION: A stretchable post 3 is provided on a moving body 2 such as a wheelchair, a baby carriage, a buggy, or a bicycle. Then, at the distal end of the post, a lamp 4 which turns on or flickers, or wherein a shade inside rotates or the like is attached.
