PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of a conventional on-vehicle electronic appliance that a display member and an operating member are arranged in one panel fixed in front of a case or tiltably arranged so that the display member and the operating member can not be inclined in a different angle and an area to be used is limited to a small area.;SOLUTION: A first panel 11 and a second panel 12 are projected in front of the case 1, and the second panel 12 has an inclined position by turning upward around a front part thereof. A display member 14 provided in the second panel 12 can be obliquely directed and the display members 13a and 13b provided in the first panel 11 can be provided upward.
