PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a travel contract system capable of re-contracting with an applicant within an allowable travel fee precedently specified by the applicant when a minimum number of participants is not achieved.;SOLUTION: In the system, a re-contract with the applicant can be immediately made by having the applicant precedently specify a travel fee calculated per number of participants as the allowable travel fee, and applying an allowable travel fee most nearest to the original travel fee from allowable travel fees of head counts corresponding to the allowable travel fee precedently specified by the applicant when the minimum number of participants cannot be achieved at the original travel fee.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO
