PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a contract document preparation system and a contract document verification system for preparing a paper contract document with high security, while shortening the period required for contract procedure.SOLUTION: A sign image is generated from handwritten signs 210A, 210B of contractors A, B, and respective feature amounts are extracted, and then the hash value of the text data of contract content 200 is calculated. Thereafter, encryption data encrypting the feature amounts and hash values of the sign images 210A, 210B of the contractors are created for each contractor, by using the secret key of the contractor. Furthermore, digital signatures encrypting the feature amounts of the sign images 210A, 210B of the contractors and the encryption data of other contractor are created for each contractor, by using the secret key of the contractor.
