PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform customer management so as to improve the incentive for ordering by the customers in a restaurant.;SOLUTION: A customer management system is provided with a read means 1 reading identification information from recording mediums 16 and 17 recording the identification information identifying customers, a display means 3 for displaying the information on food and drink, a first storage means 5 for relatedly storing the identification information and order history information, indicating the order histories of food and drink by the customers identified by the identification information, a second storage means 7 for storing the information on a plurality of food and drink, and processing means 4 and 6 for selecting the information on some food and drink in the information on a plurality of food and drink stored in the second storage means 7, based on the order history information stored in the first storage means 5 relatedly with the identification information read by the reading means 1 and displaying the information on the selected food and drink on the display means 3.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO
