PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide technology capable of constructing a disaster prevention system for an autonomous community or the like at a low cost by utilizing equipment and technology owned by a corporation for providing service/ commodities to a certain area. SOLUTION: The disaster prevention system is provided with a server constituting a data center and a network for connecting the server to terminal equipment arranged in the head office, branch office or base point of the autonomous community or the like and the server executes a disaster prevention application program and provides a disaster prevention function to the terminal equipment.
