PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such problems that it is most important for a work orderer to know the standard construction costs of the building reform work and extending/ remodeling work in a planning stage for making design and fund plans, however it is not easy for a general consumer because it requires professional knowledge, there is no means at present other than to use construction estimates generated by construction dealers as references, the construction estimates generated by the construction dealers of several companies have differences respectively in construction costs, the work orderer is bewildered in making the fund plan and selecting an execution dealer, and it is a theme for the work orderer to retrieve the resources used for the building reform work and extending/remodeling work and the construction costs even with no professional knowledge, confirm the contents of the construction estimates, and know the 'standard construction cost' by himself.;SOLUTION: Prices of building materials and unit construction costs are set, and commodities are coded. Prices widely and generally publicized by makers or manufacturers and administrative agencies are used as references.
