PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inorganic concrete repairing/reforming material and an inorganic crystallite forming material having excellent compression strength and flexural rigidity, which can be injected into details of minute cracking and can prevent deteriorations such as carbonation developed in deep parts, corrosion induction of reinforcing rods and water leakage. SOLUTION: This concrete repairing/reforming material includes 80-90 wt.% cement slurry instillment and 10-20 wt.% inorganic crystallite forming material, whose average particle size is 1.5-3 m.
