The present invention relates to a concrete repair material for improving durability of concrete, a method for repairing a cross-section of concrete by using the same. The purpose of the present invention is to increase the lifespan of a concrete structure by improving adhesive strength with a concrete structure, surface protection, and heat insulation performance. The concrete repair material for improving durability of concrete according to the present invention comprises: 28 to 32 parts by weight of silica sand, 35 to 50 parts by weight of a carboxylate styrene-butadiene resin, 10 to 20 parts by weight of an aqueous alkyd resin, 10 to 15 parts by weight of a urethane-based resin, 5 to 7 parts by weight of an acryl-based re-emulsified resin, 7 to 15 parts by weight of a coal pumice stone powder, and 3 to 10 parts by weight of a fatty acid salt-based waterproof material with respect to 100 parts by weight of a cement in which Portland cement and calcium sulfoaluminate cement are mixed in a weight ratio of 1 : 3 to 4.
