PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for predicting susceptibility of a drug for osteoporosis by simultaneously amplifying a vitamin D receptor gene, an apolipoprotein E gene and an estrogen receptor gene, detecting the genes, and finding gene polymorphism in genomic genes and combination of the gene polymorphism.;SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a reagent for simultaneously detecting the gene polymorphism in which the vitamin D receptor gene, the apolipoprotein E gene and the estrogen receptor gene are amplified using a specific amplification primer for each gene and then existence of a B-type of the vitamin D receptor gene, a 3/3 type of the apolipoprotein E gene and a X-type of the estrogen receptor gene is detected using a detecting probe, a method for simultaneously detecting the genes and a method for selecting the drug for osteoporosis using the gene polymorphism.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2001,JPO
