METHOD TO MANAGE PAYMENT BY CLIENT TO MAKE SMOOTHLY BUY IN CYBER SHOPPING MALL OR MAIL-ORDER MALL

PURPOSE: A delivery and payment method for activate purchase of user in cyber shopping mall is provided so that quality of service can be improved such as time reduction and high accuracy, by integrating delivery and payment systems in a back office system when a client purchases the goods in the virtual shopping mall or communication selling mall. CONSTITUTION: When a client purchases goods in a virtual shopping mall, the virtual shopping mall demands delivery and payment to a payment and delivery system integrated in a back office system. The payment and delivery system demands the delivery and payment of the corresponding goods to a distributor. When the distributor delivers the goods to the client, the client pays the price through a credit unit such as a credit card. The client obtains authentication from a card settlement company by transmitting card information to the payment and delivery system or directly to the card settlement company through a wire phone, cellular phone, personal digital assistant or combinations thereof. The distributor notifies a payment and delivery result to the payment and delivery system, and the payment and delivery system notifies the payment and delivery result to the shopping mall.
