PURPOSE: To invite enterprises desiring the execution of ideas created by individuals but not established with right yet while guaranteeing novelty. CONSTITUTION: An idea offerer connects an offerer terminal 1 to an idea management device 10 then makes a secret maintenance contract at a contract section 101, and the idea is stored in an idea file 105. An idea accepter connects an accepter terminal 2 to the idea management device 10, makes the secret maintenance contract at the contract section 101, then retrieves an idea he desires to execute with a retrieval section 102. A retrieval result is outputted on the display of the accepter terminal 2.
