The business model manages patent techniques of the customers or the members by using the electronic telecommunications system connected with a server. Inventors, proxies, appraisers, and enterprises carefully select member companies for commercializing the applied patent techniques. The inventors, the proxies, and the appraisers participate in the commercialization on the basis of the selected member companies. Goods and services produced in the business model are directly supplied to the customers through electronic transactions. Benefits of the commercialization are appropriately distributed to the inventors, the member companies, the proxies, and the enterprises.
