PANEL FOR HONEYCOMB-FOAM ALUMINUM SOUNDPROOF WALL

PURPOSE: A panel is provided to have the fine soundproof efficiency, the high strength, the light weight and the excellent durability by using a honeycomb structure of an aluminum thin plate and foam aluminum. CONSTITUTION: An aluminum honeycomb(20) is formed by sticking aluminum thin plates(22) in a hexagonal honeycomb shape(24). A foam aluminum sound absorbing plate(30) is formed by a foam aluminum having many opened bubbles. The foam aluminum sound absorbing plate is stuck to the aluminum honeycomb by a glue sheet(50). A soundproof material(40) is formed by a metal plate to be selected among steel, galvanized steel, an aluminum plate or a stainless steel plate. The soundproof material is stuck to the aluminum honeycomb by the glue sheet. Thereby, a panel prevents noise of low frequency sound.
