PROCESS FOR PREPARING MOLDS FOR MOLDING BLOCKS OF ORNAMENTS OF OLD KOREAN-STYLE HOUSE AND PROCESS FOR MOLDING BLOCKS OF ORNAMENTS BY THE SAME

PURPOSE: Process for preparing molds for molding blocks of ornaments of old Korean-style house and process for molding blocks of ornaments by the same are provided. CONSTITUTION: Process for preparing molds for molding blocks of ornaments of old Korean-style house and process for molding blocks of ornaments by the same comprises preparing molds for molding blocks of ornaments as a wood pattern(1), cutting it precisely in two in longitudinal direction, then laying a pair of the cut wood patterns down respectively, applying a synthetic resin remover(2) thereon uniformly, applying a gel coater(3) obtained by making a synthetic resin selected among the known synthetic resins for manufacturing a fiber glass reinforced plastic(FRP) a gel or aerosol phase on the remover layer(2), applying a fiber glass(4) on the synthetic resin coater layer(3) uniformly with a provision that it coats the coater layer(3) and the fiber glass layer(4) until reaching an area outward the edge of the wood pattern sufficiently to form each flange parts of a die to be moulded, fixing by rivetting a plurality of bolts in a gap so that bolt balls are fitted completely when bonding a pair of dies to be moulded to the each flange parts symmetrically, then infiltrating the same synthetic resin(7) as the synthetic resin coater in the fiberglass layer(4) sufficiently and mixing the synthetic resin(7) as the synthetic resin coater layer(3) to form an FRP layer(8), curing in an FRP curing condition, removing the bolts, and releasing the cured FRP moldings from the pair of wood patterns, thereby obtaining a half of a pair of dies for moulding eave supporter of a traditional Korean housing.
