Mold for molding rafters of Korean-style houses and process for preparing them by the method

PURPOSE: A mold for fabricating a rafter and a method for forming the rafter by using the same are provided to mass-produce the rafter of uniform size in a short time period by fabricating the rafter using the mold. CONSTITUTION: A wooden model(1) of a rafter is firstly formed. A wooden model(2') of a front cap of the mold is prepared by cutting an end of the wooden model(1). Then, the front cap of the mold(2a) is formed by using FRP. A cutting section is formed by transversely cutting only an upper surface of a PVC pipe. Then, the wooden model(1) of the rafter is inserted into the PVC pipe. After binding an outer periphery of the PVC pipe by using an elastic member, such as a rubber band, the PVC pipe is heat-treated at the temperature of 70 to 80C for 15 to 30 minutes.
