PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To retrieve substantially the same one as a present accident car estimation from the accident car estimations completed in agreement in the past, or effectively use the past accident car estimation as the present estimation.;SOLUTION: In this method for acquiring the accident car estimation completed in agreement with an insurance company, a retrieval condition is inputted to a client, the client acquires an accident car image data corresponding to the inputted retrieval condition from a storage device for storing estimation data related to the accident car estimations completed in agreement with the insurance company and the accident car images for the accident cars through a network. The accident car images are displayed on the basis of the acquired accident car image data, at least one of the displayed accident car images is selected by a user, and the estimation data for the accident car shown in the selected accident car image is acquired from the storage device through the network, and an estimation sheet is displayed on the basis of the acquired estimation data.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
