PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable immediate plotting of graphics by selecting a rectangular area of a picture as a graphic plotting position/size and selecting an object graphic of a palette.;SOLUTION: A simple method having (1) a picture on which many rectangles surrounded by frame lines for visual recognition, (2) a selection accepting means that accepts selection of the rectangular area by a mouse, (3) a palette on which a group of plotted graphic components and a group of graphic adjustment components are collected and (4) a graphic plotting means that plots or adjusts the graphics in the selected rectangular area when components of the palette is clicked by the mouse and that plots general graphics and flow chart graphics by the above means.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
