PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reuse an existing building.;SOLUTION: In an existing building evaluation method in which an existing building is assessed to evaluate if the building is reusable, the existing building evaluated reusable is carried to a production factory, and remodeled and repaired so as to be re-built as a new building, and the existing building evaluated non-reusable is demolished, the superannuation level as the present situation of the existing building is assessed while confirming the superannuation level at site irrespective of the actual age and the dwelling specification. The preset parts are assessed by a bad-mark system, and the existing building is evaluated according to the total assessed point into multiple stages so that the building is reusable when the superannuation level is 'zero', reusable when the superannuation level is 'low', reusable when the superannuation level is 'medium', and non-reusable when the superannuation level is 'high'.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
