PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To much more precisely assess an evaluated price.;SOLUTION: This building price assessment method is provided to assess an evaluated price H of a completed building B in a predetermined assessment period by multiplying a new building price D6 of the building B by a present value rate G. The building B is divided into a plurality of construction parts P, and a parts present value rate g under the consideration of a lapse from the completion of each construction parts P to the assessment period is calculated, and a price rate k of each construction parts P to the new building price D6 of the building B is calculated, and the parts current value rate g is multiplied by the price rate k for each construction parts P, and the calculation results are totaled so that a current value rate G of the overall building B can be calculated.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
