In addition, the specified number of points is registered in an exchange point data base 22 together with a registration date by associating it with the identification information of the corresponding customer. Furthermore, a browsing request of the number of exchange points is received together with the customer identification information, records that satisfy validating conditions 23 in relation to the registration date of the exchange point data base 22 are extracted and the number of exchange points of the extracted records are totaled.
