PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a project evaluation system of a civil engineering construction project allowing each resident to easily understand influence on his/her own residential area and to instinctively understand advantage and disadvantage for easily gaining the understanding of the residents.;SOLUTION: This civil engineering construction project evaluation system is provided with a map information storage means, a map display means displaying a map on a screen, a path designating means sequentially designating two or more points on the map screen, a means connecting the sequentially designated two or more points together with a line segment and displaying it, a means dividing the screen by two kinds of mutually crossing lines, a means making an evaluation of a unit section surrounded by the two kinds of lines on the basis of a distance from the line segment according to a project benefit evaluation function, and a means displaying the evaluation result in the unit section.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
