PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To lighten the burden on a public relations man by greatly omitting the labor and time that the public relations man has to bear for the operation for money reception transaction. SOLUTION: Information for specifying a customer, an account number related to the information, and an amount expected to receive by account numbers are stored in a storage part of a public relations terminal and the public relations man inputs the information for specifying the customer on an operation display part at a visiting place. The account number related to the inputted information and the amount expected to receive are displayed on the operation display part; when a plurality of account numbers are displayed, an account number for money reception transaction is selected and then the selected account and a received amount are stored as money reception transaction data in the storage part.
