Quality control system in Disease Management Servicesinvolving education, development and motivation ofpatients suffering from widespread chronic diseases,such as diabetes, asthma or hypertension, possiblyinvolving telemonitoring of critical body values andresultant early identification and avoidance of risksituations, where an automatic delivery monitoringfacility is provided which monitors the receipt of allmessages and information by the patients and, ifappropriate, informs a control station in order toeliminate access problems.
