Quality control system in disease management services for controlling the therapy reliability

A quality control system in Disease Management Services with explanation, further education and motivation of patients suffering from chronic national illnesses. Tele-monitoring of critical bodily values and the early recognition and avoidance of risk situations resulting from them is undertaken. An automatic service monitoring device is used and monitors the entry of all communications and information concerning the patients and then informs a control point for solving any service problems.
