The present invention relates to an ultra-high strength, low thermal expansion invar alloy suitable as a core material of precision instrument parts and low-strength heat-resistant overhead wires (ACSR) that require high strength while being heated in use. The basic alloy was used, but the component was searched by fixing Ni content below 30%, and the alloy was developed to satisfy the strength and the coefficient of linear expansion simultaneously by containing Co as a new member. In order to achieve the solid solution strengthening effect and the dispersion strengthening effect of fine precipitates such as carbide, one or two kinds of C, Mo, Ti, W, Nb, V, etc. as an additive element to the alloy consisting of Fe, Ni and Co By adding the above compound, it is made of a new alloy system which has ultra-high strength properties while retaining low linear expansion coefficient characteristics. It has a very high tensile strength of 170kg / mm 2 and has a high tensile strength, and is suitable for precision mechanical parts requiring high strength and low-strength heat-resistant overhead transmission lines. By being used as the core material of the high-carbon steel core core, while maintaining the same degree of transmission, there is an effect that can dramatically increase the transmission capacity.
