Diet bowl which is utilizing optical illusion phenomenon

PURPOSE: Two food bowls are fitted appropriately to make a user feel like he is eating more than he actually eats for dieting effect. CONSTITUTION: A first food bowl(4) has an inner shape from an input portion to the bottom of the bowl. A second food bowl(2) is fitted loosely to the first food bowl. The second food bowl has the same inner shape of the first food bowl, but the food receiving portion is smaller than the first food bowl. By a sliding down movement of the second food bowl, a user feels like eating more than actually he eats. A sealing member is provided between the first food bowl and the second food bowl. An air exhausting member is provided to exhaust air to lower down the second food bowl slowly to make the user feel like he is eating more than he actually eats.
